
Refund Policy
What are the terms and conditions for a refund?
A full refund is not applicable for the pre-booking of the subscriptions packs since they are at a discounted rate.
Having said that, you are liable to get a replacement in case of the following scenarios:
a) The product you received in your subscription pack has a manufacturing defect
b) Or the product you received in your subscription pack is damaged . You can claim the replacement within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Please note, in order to avail of the replacement you need the keep the following in mind:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel
- Send us a picture of the damaged/manufacturing defect
- Our team will inspect it and approve/decline the request
How long does the replacement procedure take?
1. The process will take between 7-10 days from the time we receive the damaged parcel at our warehouse
